"Really happy with how easy the warranty was"
Really happy with the service in the end. I had a small issue with my ring after a few months, so I reached out to Jeulia about the warranty. They got back to me quickly and helped get everything sorted without turning it into a whole hassle. i was surprised by how smooth it was

"Engraving turned out great"
The engraving on my ring came out really clean and easy to read. I thought it might be too small, but it looks nice and adds a simple personal touch. Everything was spelled right too, which I really appreciated. Super happy with it.

"Still stayed shiny after months"
I got a ring from jeulia.com a few months back and I been wearing it pretty much all the time. It don’t turn my finger green or got that dull tarnish look so far. I even forget taking it off when I was washing my hands a bunch of times. i’m happy with it.

I really like Jeulia because their rings don’t look like the ones you see in regular stores. The designs are cute, a little bold, and totally my style. I did feel kind of pressured to decide quickly while browsing, but overall the pieces are really pretty

"Better deals than I expected"
I used a discount code and ended up getting a good price. I’d been checking a couple other places too, and this one came out cheaper once the code was applied. Shipping was normal, no issues there, and overall I’m happy with how the order turned out.

For me, the fit is okay overall, but I wouldn’t say it’s especially comfortable. It’s wearable, just not something I’d reach for if comfort was my top priority.

I was a little nervous the color might look different once it arrived, but it ended up matching the photos really well. That made me feel a lot better about the purchase. If this is how accurate the pictures usually are, ordering online feels way less risky.

"Good deal, but don’t expect super fast shipping"
Overall, I’m happy with it. For the price, it looks nicer than I expected and feels like a solid value. Reading between the lines, I’d say the main tradeoff is the shipping speed, it got here fine, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked.

"Cute ring, but the details let me down"
I ordered a custom ring from Jeulia it was just okay. The name spelling was correct, which I appreciated, but the sizing felt a bit off and the engraving was smaller than I thought it would be. It didn’t really match what I had pictured from the preview, so that was disappointing. Shipping was fine, but nothing especially quick. The ring is still cute enough to wear, but I can’t say I’m totally happy with it. I’d give it 3 stars...

The return process was fine overall, but it was kinda slow. Support got back to me after a few days, and the refund came through later than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience or anything, just a bit frustating having to wait.

They explained what had happened and helped me get it sorted without making the whole thing feel complicated. "Arrived way sooner than expected!"

I’ve had my Jeulia ring for around 6 months now, and I wear it almost every single day. I don’t really take it off for normal stuff like washing my hands, and I definitely haven’t been super careful with it.
So far, it’s held up better than I thought it would. The metal still looks good, I haven’t had any green marks or strange fading, and it still feels sturdy on my finger. I’m happy with how well it’s lasted.
